How to grap criteria of Approver’s name and compare with others step sign user, and to set new approvers on next step ?
Hi All,
I have a request for assign new approvers to next step, because some approvers already sign at second or third step, they don’t want sign again, so when we setup criteria rule to on every step, several user would sign again on new steps.
Could i try to reset approvers in next step ?
There are a couple of options depending on how approvers are assigned.
Manually…. correct your procedures so that analysts are not double assigning (easy).
Workflow added – create a PX to fire post workflow event to do the compare for you and remove any duplicates.
