How to auto fill P3 attribute with unique value (001….009, 00A…00Z, 010…ZZZ)
Hello Everyone, We have a P3 attribute “ABC” in 3 part types which is a Free text. We need to automatically fill 3 character alpha-numeric unique BASE36 value (001….009, 00A…00Z, 010…ZZZ) when user creates a new part. The value needs to be unique across all the part types. Eg: Part Type Part Number P3 Attribute “ABC” Part Type 1 – Part1 – 001 Part Type 2 – Part1 – 002 Part Type 3 – Part3 – 00A … … … … Part Type 2 – Part4 – 0AA Not sure how to achieve this? Thanks.
