How can we use criteria for the “add to table” privilege

Example i want to add only particular affected item (item description containing XYZ )in the CO . Then while adding affected item to the CO it should not allow , if item description contains other then XYZ.  And i tried for “Add to table ”  privilege, but while creating   privilege required criteria is not populating in the created list.
