How can I retrieve preliminary data of released revision items.

Hello, Do we have a web client search where I can retrieve all the preliminary revision of items.

A normal search gives latest released version. But users have created a preliminary item on a pending change upon these latest released version, how do we retrieve. this.

Technical speaking I need all the items with latest released revision + its preliminary if there is any pending change.

I tried where used “item Number all revisions”, but that is huge set of all revisions which hits performance.

Any help.

Hi Manju,

Do you want to retrieve only the pending changes that have a released revision..?

Nope. Can’t do it. A search will only return latest released if there is one. You would have to go with a web app PX,
