Are you trying to run a report (audit)?  Allow privileges?  What are you trying to accomplish?

Hi Patrick,

My requirement is to extract the corresponding workflow name for the Change status privileges.

In our system, we have more than 500+ Change status privileges and  we actually want to find the corresponding Workflows for them.

Just an example:

CS – Implement ChgOrder(Privilege Name) Change Status (Privilege) Default Change Order (Workflow)

Values in the above bracket can be considered as excel headers.

I tried OOTB reports (Privilege Mask Report, Workflow Configuration Report, Roles and Privileges Report) but had no luck.

Hope i made my requirement clear.

Thanks,

Karan

So are you trying to make sense of all of your CS privileges?

My two cents… since it is not easy to unravel privileges, especially if they have been created and managed by multiple admin…. I suggest you come up with a plan that ‘normalizes’ your privileges securities business process from criteria to privileges straight on through to the user groups.  If you come up with a great plan you can easily perform this ‘clean up’ in the back end without affecting the users.

To get the data you are seeking you would need to associate the criteria where used to the privilege and be able to pick it apart which I am not completely convinced can be done through front end reporting.  I agree it does become unmanageable once you go through different admins and methodologies…. I try to leave something very concise and easy to follow once I set this all up for any client.

Best of luck.
