For a specific value the workflow is not adding reviewer?

I have added a criteria to a WF status for attribute from CP for all the values the Reviewer is getting added. but I don’t know why for only two values the Reviewer is not getting added. any ideas why

Hi Richard,

Do the two values (User Groups or Users) which are not getting added as Reviewers have proper privileges to be added as Reviewers for that particular WF status?
