ECO/MCO approval notification
Hello,
I don’t get notification when change is approved by all CCB. What should I do to make it happen?

Hi,
You would need to turn on the Notifications (Inbox and/or Email) for the following as an example.
- Change Orders – All Change Approvers Have Approved
- Manufacturer Orders – All Change Approvers Have Approved

You also need to be set as the routing manager (Change Analyst, Component Engineer, etc) on the change object.
Another thing to note is that if you are on any version prior to 9.3.2 this notification is not sent to the routing manager if the workfl
*If the workflow status is set to Autopromote. For 9.3.2 and above – the notification is sent regardless of the autopromote setting
