Dot appears on attachment tab when no files exist
In Agile PLM 932, when viewing an item, sometimes we see a dot in the label of the Attachments tab. We click on the tab, and no files are there. This is correct, there should be no files there because we never attached any to that product. So, why does the dot appear on the tab? Any suggestions?
The dot is due to a flag setting about that revision. The idea is if there is an attachment then the flag is set. But in your case, the flag is set even without an attachment. There is a SQL script supplied by Oracle to reset those flags
