What is the Difference Between Quality Administrator and Quality Analyst?
Quality Admin Who creates the CAPA? for CAPA routing is the responsibility of Quality Analyst?

Can you explain me this?

Quality Administrator – Quality change request (QCRs): corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and audits
Quality Analyst – Product service requests (PSRs): problem reports and nonconformance reports (NCRs)
