CTO Extract – logs
Where do we find the error logs for CTOs when they are unable to extract?
Specifically, when we get this message “Unable to extract {0}. See the log for details” – where is the log file?
In the STDOUT log. For more details, from Web client admin configuration settings, you can change the following categories to DEBUG

com.agile.extract.server.ExtractService
com.agile.acs.PCExtractTask
