Connecting Agile PLM through SDK API – TWO way SSL URL

Our Agile PLM application is enabled with two way SSL on WebLogic server.

Due to which  already existing utilities are failing. Please, let me know how to enable certificates to this utilities and execute the SDK code. Steps could be helpful.
