check if a user session can be identified using SSO from a customweb app invoked outside of Agile PLM

Hi All,

Can a user session be identified using SSO from a customweb application outside of PLM System and if we can use that to establish a session in Agile PLM without having to login in again. 

Things to note

  1. The web application is outside of PLM ( not URL PX)
  2. Both the web aplplication and Agile PLM will use SSO LOgin
  3. We want to identify the user session from the Web Application and use that to connect o Agile PLM and perform activities such such creating and releasing CHange Order and Items.

Let me know if anyone has implemented something similar?
