Change Request has been modified message comes and stops proceeding in workflow

I am relatively new to Agile PLM. We have configured a Java PX event for some CCB stage for a Change Request workflow.

 

What happens is that , when we move to CCB stage like Review, it is giving message like “Change Request .. cannot be modified.Please cancel the action ,refresh the page and try again”. But the code has run and status is completed in event handler monitor.

In Groovy script , when tried the same code, not facing this issue.

Can you help in letting me know what might be the issue.

Hi Sabarish

Is this event doing any updates on the Change request object? if so, it should be a Post asynchronous trigger

If we do through groovy script, we don’t face this issue.

Yes Raj, the groovy script is also “pre” but does not have this issue
