Change Rejection reason idea?

We are looking to be able to capture “standard” reasons why a workflow is being rejected.  We do require comments, but it would be great to have a “Rejection reason” dropdown, but there doesn’t appear to be this capability OOTB.  Does anyone have any creative ideas (PX or otherwise) on how to potentially capture this information.
