Cannot download files from a particular File Server

While downloading files from a particular File Server , I keep getting this error : “The preferred file server is down. Please contact system administrator.”

I can only download the files from that file server if I change my preferences. I checked the File Manager configuration in the Java Client and everything seems to be fine.

Any idea why this happens.

this could be issue with load balancer and filer server communication
