Automatic approver taken from user list from an MCO.

Hello,

Users are asking if we can modify the existing workflow to the MCO by automatically adding assigned user, list attribute with all users, from the MCO form.  Essentially in addition to out of the box users Change Analysts, Originator, Approvers, Observers, etc…, they like for us to get the approver from the Page Three of the MCO. Has anyone tried this? Any suggestions or information would be much appreciated.

Hello

You can’t do this just by admin configuration. It has to be via an event or a PX
