Attachments not importing while importing Items
When import items from an excel sheet the items get imported but the attachments on those items do not get imported.
I have even set the smart rule to Accept under preferences. Is this a functionality or there is something that I need to enable?
Could you please share all steps to reproduce what you did? A few lines of the import file. Are the files stored locally or on another server? As much information as possible would be helpful.
