Attachment Issue
Hi,
I am End user of Agile Version 9.3.5 (Build 45), I supposed to attach document to part in an ECO, I have used add option, unfortunately next pop window not displayed to attach document.
Do I know the reason why it is happening, day ago it works fine
Did you verify if your file manager servers are up and running. Try to re-start the file-manager servers and see. Also if this issue is reproducible across the browser.

As already suggested, please verify that the file manager is already running. If you do not have access to check if file manager is running, check to see if you are able to download existing files already attached to other objects. Or, check with other users if they are able to download/upload files. If you have already verified that you are file manager is running, and if the pane to even select the file does not appear, it is likely that there are javascript errors or there are some corrupt cookies. Logoff (not close the window) from Agile, clear your browser cache and cookies, log back in and try again.
