AGile plm 9.3.1.2 DB password encryption using 3DES
Hello , I am not agile expert.
we do have one legacy agile plm 9.3.1.2 system . recently we moved to new oracle version DB . we need to change DB password to satisfly company policies
we notice encrypted DB password into agile.properties and CP-AgileCOntentPool-jdbc.xml, I am able to encrypt password using encryptpwd.bat and agile.properties accepted that password.
whereas CP-AgileCOntentPool-jdbc.xml contain password with 3DES encryption like “{3DES}jkshjkdhfhhfsjg===”. Does anyone have idea /steps about how to generate this passsword?
tried below syntax but does not help at all encryptpwd.bat -3DES <paindbpassword>
