Agile Notification

Hi,

We have a PX(Supplier Notification PX). Its is a workflow based PX. When Change moves from one state to another a notification mail goes to the the associated supplier which has been added as a manufacturer in manufacturer tab and it checks all the where used items and send the notification for all the items.

We have one document type item and it sends the notification to the supplier till A3 revision but when the revision is higher than A3 Suppose A4 A5….. then the notification mail is not going to the suppliers.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Anand,

What changed other that the revision?  I suspect eh PX is blind to the revision so something else has changed.  Is this true with all items that move to A4?
