Agile duration report
Hi
I am trying to run a report or search that has a duration of 1st CO got submitted till the CO released.
For example, if CO was submitted 1/1/16 and rejected and resubmitted a few times then released 1/30/16. Duration will be 30 days.
Cycle time report should give you that information but you would need to the calculations in Excel. Remember to convert the date/time fields to date only.

How do I get a cycle time report? I do not think we have this report set up. I understand the excel portion.
This is a canned report under the admin section of reports. If you are an authorized admin you should be able to get to these. If you are not then you will need to work with your Admin to get access to these.

I ran some search using cycle time report and I do not get the detailed information such as CO number and etc..
Please see attached. Is this something that we need to set up to get a proper report?
This looks to be the summary. Sorry, I am unable to pull that report across my network right now. This may have to do with the layout. Go through the default layout and make certain it captures the change number. If that fails, you could pull a search of changes released during the specific time period with the create date and release date. This will not be accurate but should give you an idea.

Like Patrick indicated above, be sure to toggle on the button Display Changes on the last window before hitting Finish. The first pages of the report will show all changes listed by number and their times, and the last page will be like the one you attached to this discussion (the summary).
