Agile 9.3 DEV file server are down

Hello Again,

I loaded a file using file load utility from Agile 9.3 DEV.

Below is the metadata command,

ITEM|166770R8||E:\UAT_SMART_LINK\Change_History\166770R8-ChangeHistory.xlsx|FILE|

I got an error after agile processed this file as file servers are down. Below is the exact message:

FileServers may be down. Please check the FileServer Configuration.

Tried restarting the file servers and logged out and logged in and loaded for a single item, it is still throwing me the same error.

Any insights on this would be much appreciated.

Are you manually able to add attachments using Web Client?

Yes Sankar, I am able to load the file manually using Web Client.
