Agile 9.3.4

Can anyone help me to find out why User configuration report on Agile PLM shows timed out/not reachable when run on Internet explorer but works on chrome

Browsers are finicky.  Try flushing your cash, closing all browsers, then run again.  Which version of IE?

Hi,

It’s 11.1932.16299.0

We already did that clear history, cache clearance thing..doesn’t make a difference. It runs successfully only on chrome. Even on edge it times out.
