Hi All,
SO noticed a peculiar issue. User’s left pane(reports, searches, bookmarks, navigation) is not visible to the user on the screen when user uses IE but on edge and chrome we/user are able to view the user’s left pane.
The issue is same when user accesses agile from our systems too. The issue is only seen on IE. Though the searches, bookmarks are accessible through the “organize” icon but nothing is visible on the homepage(completely blank).
Any Idea how to deal with this ?
If the browser isn’t important have them continue to use the ones that work. One thing to try is to flush the browser cashe, close all browsers and try again.
