ACS stopped generating aXML in target folder.

Our PLM version is 9.3.1. Java Client shows success when tested against Subscribers.

ATOs are getting created but the target file name and sent entries are blank.

Errors in the log shows unable to access xml. How can we get logging enabled to troubleshoot this?

We do not have Logging Configuration option in Java Client. Please help.
