ACS Page 3 Attributes
New attributes that are created on specific document objects on Page 3 are not showing up in the ATO package. In the filter for View Tabs Page 3 is already entered and linked to the Event and Subscriber. I have tried to turn off and turn on the Subscribers to see if it would reset.
Do I need to create these again? The filter is for Object Type: Documents
Have you checked the Roles that are assigned to your subscriber to make sure that they include Read privileges for the Page 3 attributes? Even if the filter is set to include Page 3 data – if the subscriber does not have a role to view that data – it won’t be included in the ATO file.
