Hello
It could be because there are too many records in the notification_fields table. So, even though the user has less notifications, it is taking lot of time to show what the user has. Probably, you need to clean some old read records
Please refer to this metalink article and it has some pointers
Here is a snippet
<<
This document provides SQL scripts for deleting read notifications by all read notifications, a specific user’s read notifications, or notifications received in a specific time frame. In addition to clearing out notifications, these scripts can provide relief from performance symptoms related to excessive undeleted notifications

Hope this helps

Hello Warren
Looks like you are using the wrong Java version. It needs to match the server version. Please try with 1.8.0 minor version 51 or higher
Here is a snippet from the SDK manual
<<

Hello Randhy
Check Section 5 “Working with Data cells” in SDK manual
https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E83928_04/otn/pdf/integration/agaap.pdf
That has examples on how to update attributes including title block.
To get the list of attribute names, look in Agile Administrator. Each of the fields would have an API name which is what you need
Hope this helps

Hi Feri
Definitely sounds like you haven’t given the complete set of roles to the Event handler
One way to troubleshoot is to create a dummy user with the “exact” roles you gave to the event and see if you can search for the part number
