Well, till today it is not able to restrict . It is dependent on User Profile’s setting by ‘Searches’ and Role.
If we allow external users to access the Agile, then any sensitive information/searches created should be move into specific searches type for internal users or just removed if not needed. 
Internal users by functional group or department can create their own personal searches or we Search access like “Component Engineer” and “Change Analyst” searches.

So keep it to bare minimum on what we put into Global Searches if we have external users accessing the system.

Yes!!! It works now. I did not notice the Event management button and was not turned on. I received the custom notification and there is a record in Event Handler Monitor too.
Looks like it works for new OBS request I raised instead of looping back and re-test, which it did not work yesterday.

Thanks for your quick response.
I did inactivate the default Manufacturer Orders for status promotion but it didn’t work for my custom notification. Tested it but fail to publish the custom notice.
Yes I created Event linked to specific workflow and Status From/To as well. In Event Subscriber I associate the created Event and Event Handler (from Notification).
No Event Handler in Java PX. But it should be able to work without Java PX right?
Unfortunately not working for now.  Pls refer to my snapshot attached.
