Agile 9.3.4

Hi Everyone,

I have a issue where the user is getting frequent lockouts while working on the system. We have tried to clear cache files from the system and browser history but still it occurs.

The session ends just after about 5 minutes
The user needs to log into it multiple times throughout the day
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this issue ?

Is this happening for all users or only to specific users…

Is the user logging in manually or through a Single Sign On  service?  Also, check to see if the user has made their own shortcut to launch the app.  Depending on how they went about doing that, it can save previous session data in the URL.  This can cause all kinds of weird behavior.
