Set custom view that is created on Relationships tab to default to all users

Hi Guys,

I have created a custom view on relationships tab and want to set that as a default view for all users.

When I click on ‘Set as <Sub Class> Default View’. It is defaulting to only me not for other users.

Is there any way that I could make it default for all users?

Only way is to change the Base View which is the default default. No way to make another default the default for all users.

Hi Steve

  Thanks for the info

   However, how do I change the base view? I tried it in my instance and I can do it only for my session. Once I relogin, the changes are gone. Do I need special privileges to apply changes? Please let me know

Hi Raj,

Base View is reflected based on order preference set in Java Client.

Custom view can be created and it can be made global. Users can see this custom view in the drop down list and if they want they can make that view as default.(specific to individual user).
