Unable to add attachments.

Hi folks,

we are using agile 9.3.3 version and have refreshed DEV to UAT and after refresh we have done all post refreshed activities like:

  • copied file vault from DEV to UAT
  • restored keystore password.
  • Set all the URLs (file manger )
  • updated server.conf file

but still not able to add attachment due to “File Manager Initialization failed” error.

Please help us to resolve this issue.

Hi Kshama,

Not sure what exactly the issue here. Can you share more details like detail error message.

Also advise you to check the server.conf settings and compare between the two environment. Pattern should be similar.

After resetting the url in the filemanager section of Admin did you restart the AgileFM service? Check the stdout log under the apache (filemgr) home directory/logs.

Thanks Arif and Steve, that issue got resolved, It was coming due to the wrong URL  mentioned in file manager .
