Reg: Agile automation
Hello All,
Anyone know about “Automation file uploading process or kit” how to create that and how its working on there. i was read the “Agile Import and Export” Case study but i don’t get the idea. that is like a theory, but i need some examples.
Anyone interested please advice.

Just a quick query to understand this problem. So are you trying to import items or attachments. If you can describe the problem.

Just copy and paste the index into any text file and save as “Somenamx.txt”
Sample Index file for a change :
CHANGE,ECO-XXXX,,C:/Path1/Path2/File1.xlsx,FILE,,

Can you share any dummy collection of files for File load activity ,I will make them index and do experiment in my demo environment

I don’t have dummy files however you can use any kind of .xls, .pdf or .doc file that you have in your desktop and use it in lower environment for testing. It doesn’t need to be a specific file for testing.
I have attached here one Index file, in this file you can mention the path to any dummy file present in your desktop and try it out. The index of the file should be changed as shown below :
ITEM,740-041967,,C:/Users/arifkhan/Desktop/Sample1.pdf,FILE,
Save this in the Index-final.txt and then upload. Hope it helps.

I also got stuck in one urgent issue as follow
We are generating report for one change which is connected with another through relationship…we are generating report on release date basis..but we are not getting all records but while not selecting relationship…we are getting all data
we have made search like this
The advanced search should be setup in the following way:
Changes -> <source subclass> “Relationship Search” Changes -> <related change subclass>
Criteria: Relationships.<related change subclass>.Cover Page. Released Date <date criteria>…but its showing data
