PSR related Issue – We can add either Related PSR or Affected Item to Non Conformence
I am facing one issue, We can add either Related PSR or Affected Item at Unassigned/pending,
if we add first Affected Item then Related PSR “Add” disabled automatically and visa versa,
we have not set any like these privilege.
You have the SmartRule “PSR Contains Items and Related PSRs” set to “Disallow”
Allow = PSRs can contain Affected Items AND Related PSRs.
Disallow = PSRs can only have one or the other.
