How to Enable ATO Actions Button “Reprocess”?

Is it related to any Privilege,  What privilege needs to be given to User.

You can’t reprocess ATO but you can save as CTO and run it again.

Hi Hagi Cohen,

I can see the Reprocess available for ATO in the Actions Button, but it is disabled why?

Please find the attached ATO Reprocess screen.  I am using Agile 9.3.3

Hi Divakar,

The Reprocess button will be enabled, only when there is an integration setup between your Agile and ERP system.
In the event an ATO/CTO fails to process, the error information is passed from the ERP by the WebServices through the adapter, to Agile. When error information is returned by the ERP, then to reprocess the ATO, in Actions menu, select Reprocess.
