Errors

• The following required fields are missing: CPA-00022: Cover Page.Planned Effectiveness Check Date

• The following required fields are missing: CPA-00022: Page Two.Effectiveness Check Plan

• The following required fields are missing: CPA-00022: Page Two.Verification Notes

I got The Answer, this is Becz of “Pass Release Audit” was set to Yes, Now i changed it to “No” it works fine.
