Is there any way to find number of BOM Import occurrences in the a year from Agile BackEnd or Front End
If possible a list of imports by the part the BOM imported to, and the date it was imported. if the originator of the BOM, and the BU of the Part the BOM is imported to is available

I can’t think of any indicator in the system that would tell me whether the BOM was manually loaded or imported. Perhaps you can look at why users are importing BOMs; (1) the user has privilege to import, (2) the BOM is brand new and has more than say 30 children, (3) I need to redline a BOM and there are more than say 30 edits.
I am just not convinced you could easily report on such activities even if you set some ground rules for finding them. What is the purpose of knowing this information?
