Workflow Routings Tab

Can someone explain how the workflow routings tab works? What should be seen on this tab? When you are a change analyst, do you see it in the workflow routings through each stage of the workflow? Is it the same for PQM objects?

The workflow routing tab simply shows the workflow steps that have been chosen… the serial box sequence at the top.  And it highlights the current stage that the object is in.  Below you would see the audit trail of the approvers or those who have approved/rejected + anytime the object is re-routed from the first stage.  It is a good tool for the originator to use so they understand where their change object is and who needs to take action.

Patrick seems to be talking about the Workflow Tab (on a routable object) rather than the Workflow Routings Tab on the Agile home screen.

The Workflow Routings tab contains notifications for routable objects that require the logged on user’s review or action.  Once the action has been taken – the item is removed from the Workflow Routings list.  This list will be different for each user.

For example – if I am added as an approver on a change order – as soon as the change order enters the review status (or as soon as I’m added if already in review) – I would get a notification in the Workflow Routings Tab telling me that my approval is required (with a link to the change object).  As soon as I Approve or Reject the change – the notice is cleared from my Workflow Routings as I have already completed the required action.

Danny/Patrick,

Thank you both. I figured out my issue. The Searches on the user profile control what you see and that was the missing key!
