When “In Review” Action will be shown?

Under workflow routings tab, for ECR there are three Actions shown : In Review, Await Acknowledge and Await Release. Currently, it is awaiting my acknowledgement and the next status Released. So the Action is showing Await Release. I want to know when the Action will be “In Review”?

Workflow Routing tab just shows changes requiring attention (i.e. requiring my approval or ready to be released if you are the change analyst). If you are the change analyst then the change will be in the tab until it is released because it is yours to keep track of. So if you are not an approver then it will show that it is In Review.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for your reply. Here’s one scenario I would like to tell.

There are two users :

User 1 belongs to Senior Change Analyst User group .
User 2 belongs to Change Analyst User group

Both User 1 and User 2 belong  to a common CA group which is added at Review status for Acknowledgment.

This CA group is also assigned to the Change Analyst attribute on the change Object.

Under workflow routings tab:

User 1 : sees only Await Acknowledgement
User 2 : sees both In Review and Await Acknowledgement

Why is this happening?

Thanks,
Vidya

To be a Change Analyst the user must belong to the Change Analyst list. This is configured in each user’s profile.

You’re referring to three total User Groups, correct (Senior CA group, CA group, and the Common CA Group)?  I’ve mapped it out and it seems Agile is working the way we expect.  User1 is not part of the Change Analyst User Group, right?  Therefore, this user is not the change analyst on your ECR, hence wouldn’t see the “In Review” line.
