Unable to Launch Java Client

Hi All,

I am facing issue launching the Java Client in my system. i am getting the below exception:
NoClassDefFoundError: com/agile/util/exception/CMClientException 

I have tried upgrading the Java version in my machine, but still no use. We are using Agile 9.3.3 version. Any help is highly appreciated.

What version is installed 9.3.3 version of Java client runs on 1.7 Java, you might need to downgrade not upgrade if you are 1.8

My Java Version is 1.7 update 45.. but still i am unable to launch Java Client. I have set the environment variable as well. still no help.

Hi, First check which Java version you are using. If you have multiple java version in your system, be sure you are using JRE1.7 or JDK1.7  set in system variables which you can find by going to control panel under Java  tab. It should work if you have Java 7.
