Make sure your workflow still qualifies to be used on that change order. Test this by editing and trying to reselect it from the pick list. If that Is not the problem then it is time to run an averify check. This is a script run on the database that checks the integrity of the admin and data. Oracle Support can help you with any errors that are reported.

I run the averify check and I got the report as attachement. But my problem still exist. This script will automatical update and resolve  any error or it only just check the error? If I need to execute or update something based on this report? Where can I find and download the “adt_generic “?

Thank you very much.

It just finds issues. Depending on the version there is some ability for it to fix too. ADT is used by Oracle Support to not only run averify but to capture the machine’s configuration, software install parameters and a bit of runtime information. Averify is a subset of what it does.

Can’t seem to get to the report. Permission issue?

Oracle Support or an implementation partner would be the best avenue for fixing.

Hi,

As Steve said, its best to engage Oracle support / Implementation partner. Based on your Oracle report the issues seem to be quite alright and regular. The three main issues i see is :

1. AGIL-00075031
2. AGIL-00025024
3. AGIL-00025146

Fix scripts for all of this errors are available within adt_averify zip. The fix scripts come with pattern of “AGILE-XXXXXX_f1.sql”.

For these three errors you can use the following fix scripts as per my understanding :

1. AGIL-00075031_f2.sql
2. AGIL-00025024_f1
3. AGIL-00025146_f01

Regards,
Arif
