Sanity check: Auto Promote

Hi, we just turned on the Auto Promote from one review status to another review status. We also do not auto return the change to a previous status when an approver rejects the change as we want to evaluate the legitimacy of the rejection.

We have a change and the last approver rejected the change and the auto promote moved the change to the next status. Is this behavior normal?

Take a look at your Smart Rules under ChangeStatusApproverRejectedChange.  Make sure it’s not set to Allow.
