not able to access agile application with in network

hi,

recently we have installed agile 9.3.3 ad 9.3.4 version agile on Windows servers(2008 R2), unfortunately both applications were not accessible with in network machines.

once you open console screen in installed server, then we are able to access the application, however after some time it is not accessible, again we need to refresh the console to access, but in real time it is not possible, and these issue facing in windows environment, i suspect that it is an bug, however Oracle Support Team not accepting this as bug, and saying it is an issue with network.

does any body face this issue, if yes please share your thoughts.

Hi Prasad,

Do you refer to the Weblogic console or command prompt console?
How you start the Agile service? is it a Window service or do you need to start it via .bat?

Hi Prasad,

Trying the below and see if it helps.

Login to the WebLogic Console.

Go To environment >> servers

click on server, find the Listen Address field, clear the field and Save the configuration.

Restart Agile Services & see if it works in the network.
