Navigator Pane content is missing
Suddenly, my Navigator Pane is missing all content and the radio buttons on the top toolbar do not work.
There is not Searches, Bookmarks or Recently Viewed in Folders and no Reports listed.
The only radio button on the top that works in My Profile and the Exit button.
Has anyone had this issue?
Is there a fix?
If you are using a load balancer proxy you session can timeout without you getting a message. The result is a screen like you described. Clicking the refresh button send you to a login screen if that is the case.
