MCO export showing blank values for Item Category

When an MCO is exported then I’m seeing the column “Item Category” as blank even though the values are populated for the affected items.

I dont think its an expected behavior. Did anyone see this? If so, what can be the resolution?

check whether you have read, discover privileges for MCO and Item objects?

I do have all required privileges. Also, the filter being used is the default one and not custom made.

Item category is a separate object, Hope you have privileges for that too.

Yes, have privilege but the export is not showing up any values for that column.
