MCAD Integration with Agile 9.3.4

Hello,

We have OOTB option to enable PDF/TF creation while checkin Drawings. ( This is going to set as default for all drawings checked in)/all versions
<<This we can accomplish by updating CAX.config.xml file. >>

Is there any way to control /enable PDF/TIF  creation based on user requirement not every checkin as default.

Regards
gykumar

What integration as our users can turn ‘viewable’ creation on and off as required in the preferences dialog. We use XPLM integration to CREO but are currently 9.3.3.

In preference dialog if we enable; it will be enabled for all drawings. I want to enable it for check in  of 1 drawing not for other drawing.

Changes at preference tab either enable this on individual users or global change. Requirement is to enable/disable on drawing perspective.

“1 drawing i may need, other may not”

The only way looks its possible, if we have option to enable/disable  PDF/TIF at “Agile Save Preview” Page

I think at the integration level you could only turn viewables on check in all the parts you want it to create them form then turn it off and then check in the rest.
