Issue with Gantt Chart performance

We have observed the average time to open Gantt chart in Full Lock Mode , Internal Lock Mode or Read Only Mode , takes approximately 35 to 40 Seconds. 

We expected it to load in 5-10 seconds, what time is it usually taking for others.  Is anyone has input regarding performance improvement.

Arif –
35 to 40 seconds sounds about right for the first time the Gantt chart is accessed, but subsequent attempts should be faster as the application is saved in the Java Cache.  
I would suggest checking your Java settings to see if the Gantt application is being cached or if there are any setting/storage issues preventing this.

Java Control Panel -> General Tab -> Temporary Internet Files -> View (look for Gantt application)
