How to set up Custom Vaults in File Manager

Hello,

I have set up a Custom vault in Java Client as ReadOnly. But, when I try to GET the file in Agile, the file in the Custom vault gets deleted and it doesn’t download.

Any idea as what can be the reason.

This was a bug with a custom vault location back in…. 9.3.2 I believe. There is a patch for it or you can upgrade.

Hello Steve,

We are using Agile 9.3.3. In Production env, it works. I am setting up a new Custom location in QA, and getting this issue. Not sure if I am missing something.

Check with Oracle Support on this. Agile deleting the file in the read-only vault when trying to access it is a known bug
