How to get Redline activity history

How to get redline activities history?
Scenario:
I have a change -> Added an item (part type) in the affected items tab of the change -> added few items manually in the parent item’s BOM through redlining and also one process extension is also added few items in the parent item’s BOM through redlining.
Question:
how should I get which user added/modified which item in the BOM of parent item through redlining?
The History tab of the Change object will store a “Redline line item” in the Action column for each redline change. The history tab will also show you the User, Affected Item, what was changed, etc.
