How to connect Excel to Agile 9.3.4?

Hi,
I am new to Agile. I would like to know if there is a way to connect Excel with Agile through a query? I have tried both

– Through the ribbon “Data” – by clicking “Connections”, “Add”,”Browse for More…”,”New Soruce…”,”Other/Advanced”,”Oracle Provider for OLE DB” and then pasting the URL for my server and enter my credentials. This return the error: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier spectified.

– And through Smart View  “Creat New Connection”, “Smart View HTTP-Provider” – Here my URL is opened as a link and I get not go any further with the connection.

Are there any requirements for the setup of Agile or extensions needed before I can make this kind of connection?

Best Regards
Christian

Starting with Release 9.3.2 (9.3.3 was discharged in October), Agile has fundamentally enhanced the security of framework passwords. Passwords for framework level records (superadmin, ifsuser, administrator and agileuser) are presently scrambled utilizing DES techniques and a key document situated in the database. This implies on the off chance that you simply import a database from another server, it won’t work. The best way to rectify the confounded passwords and key document is to reinstall Agile against that new database. This will reset the majority of the passwords and the inhabitant key record.
