How to configure F5 Big IP with Agile 9.3.4

We are using F5 Big IP as a front end “proxy” for external users to gain access to Agile. This worked fine with 9.3.2. We are currently upgrading our Agile to 9.3.4 and the same config in Big IP doesn’t work anymore. When trying to login to Agile through Big IP we are getting “invalid user id / pw” error instead of successful login. Anyone using Big IP or some other loadbalancer / proxy successfully with Agile 9.3.4?

We have configured Big IP to use https and it terminates the https and forwards traffic to our single internal application server as http.

Are you using single sign on through your LDAP?  Have you checked that setup if applicable?

External users are authenticated against database, no LDAP nor SSO used.
